About Us

Our lovely caravan is ideal for a holiday or short break, with great views and stunning local scenery.  Seasonal vegetables and fresh eggs are always available, and we hope to have strawberries this summer.

The rooms

There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, with an extra double available under the lounge seating.  There is plenty of wardrobe space in both rooms.  The kitchen is fully equipped with full size modern appliances and a range of crockery, pans and utensils. The spacious lounge has ample seating, a gas fire and TV with Free-View.

The washroom has a WC, Vanity Unit and full size shower and the gas boiler provides constant hot water. Bed linen is provided for the two bedrooms, gas and electricity are included in the price of your stay.

Facilities

Outside there is a private patio with seating and barbeque.  There is a swing set for the children at the rear of the caravan and a lawned area for play.  Children are welcome to help us feed the chickens and collect and egg each for breakfast!

We are close to the busy market towns of Pwllheli and Caernarfon and to the beautiful beaches of the area, as well as the attractions of Snowdonia.  The Lleyn Coastal Path runs along the rear of the property.  Llithfaen itself is home to the National Language centre of Wales in Nant Gwyrtheryn, and has a shop and village pub.  Lettings are from Saturday to Saturday, although mini breaks can be arranged out of high season.  A welcome grocery pack can be arranged on request, and will include everything you need for your Sunday breakfast.
